The Stony Brook University Libraries' Preservation Department's tutorials have been created to aid preservationists and other interested parties in learning the basic preservation techniques in use within the Preservation Department's Laboratory. The tutorials focus on techniques specific to Stony Brook University Libraries and the needs of its daily operations, although wider application of the techniques may be discerned and applied as circumstances dictate.
