Resources to support Social Workers after graduation

But I've graduated?  Why will I still need to do research?

The Social Workers Code of Ethics states: "Social workers should critically examine and keep current with emerging knowledge relevant to social work and fully use evaluation and research evidence in their professional practice" (NASW Code of Ethics, 5.02 Evaluation and Research, section c, 2021).

Depending on the job(s) you take after graduation, you may not have access to as many scholarly resources as you did when you were a student.

Most license agreements with publishers restrict online access to library materials to enrolled students, staff, and faculty. This limited access to research creates challenges for practicing social workers.

There are a range of resources that can support social workers' research needs after graduation.
