Help with Analyzing a Law or Court Case

For analyzing your law, look for law review articles or scholarly journal articles in the databases appropriate for your topic, e.g. SocINDEX with Full Text for a topic about hate crimes. (For New York State laws, also look for analyses done by the New York State Assembly.)

Government Documents

Stony Brook University Libraries has been a selective government depository library, a member of the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) since 1963. There are approximately 1150 libraries designated by GPO, the Government Printing Office, as Federal Depository Libraries. Currently we select about 47% of all available government documents.
