The best way to learn about podcasts is to listen to podcasts. While there is no grand library of podcasts yet but a number of tools do exist to help you find shows and episodes based on subject, guest, even geographic location. In addition to these resources, specific podcast apps will have their own internal search capabilities to find shows by categories, most recent, new & notable, etc.
