Evidence-Based Acquisition (EBA) allows a yearlong unlimited access to a large collection of ebooks with an upfront access cost. After one year, the library can select and purchase the titles based on the usage data and add them to the library collection for perpetual access. The upfront access cost goes toward the acquired titles.
