Continuing Education (CE) credits are a great way to make sure that your skills are sharp and up to date, no matter when you took your certification test. Go to CINAHLeducation, CINAHL's CEU management system. If this is your first time using the system, you'll need to sign up for a free account. Once you've signed up for an account, CINAHLeducation will help you navigate the CE module and track your earned CE hours, using the menu on the top:
If you have any questions about CINAHL or CE credits, contact a librarian.
The VA offers free, ANCC approved CEUs on topics related to PTSD (like substance abuse, chronic pain, and insomnia). Visit the National Center for PTSD Continuing Education website.
The North American Center for Continuing Medical Education has free CEUs on a variety of topics.
The National Database of Nurse Quality Indicators offers a CEU series on pressure ulcers.
