AANAC is the premier resource and network for long-term care professionals involved in the RAI/MDS process. Maintain your certification, and get your daily dose of critical LTC news.

Journals with CEU Exams

Continuing Education (CE) credits are a great way to make sure that your skills are sharp and up to date, no matter when you took your certification test. Many journals include articles with exams or quizzes you can take for CE credits. CINAHL allows you to search for articles with CE credits by topic or journal. To get started:

Go to CINAHLeducation, CINAHL's CEU management system. If this is your first time using the system, you'll need to sign up for a free account. Once you've signed up for an account, CINAHLeducation will help you navigate the CE module and track your earned CE hours, using the menu on the top:

If you have any questions about CINAHL or CE credits, contact a librarian.

In person CE Events

The Stony Brook School of Nursing coordinates in-person continuing education classes for nurses. Classes range from a few hours to a few days and cost $100-400. Visit the website to see upcoming events.
