Asian Pacific Americans: History, Identity, and Experiences

This guide is designed to provide context for Stony Brook University's One Book One Community experience in Fall 2021. It offers resources that support learning more about the history, identity, and experiences of Asian Pacific Americans to inform the SBU community's reading of Charles Yu's novel, Interior Chinatown. This guide will help the SBU community explore items in SBU Libraries collections to discover relevant content as viewed through disciplines as diverse as art, psychology, higher education, fashion, poetry, sports, history, sociology and more. Additionally, browse lists of regional and national organizations, as well as SBU clubs, that support dialogue related to AAPI experiences.
