This guide provides an overview of current library operations in light of the ongoing presence of COVID-19 in the community along with important information about how the library can support students and faculty while maintaining the health and safety of all.  

Check online for the most recent updates to hours for physical locations and various library services.

  • Most areas of the main stacks are now open for browsing
    • You can also request books from the main stacks or other circulating collections remotely. Pick-up available at the North Reading Room, HSL, or Southampton.
  • Contact our Reserves Department if you are a faculty member looking to have physical items placed on reserve or scanned for upload to Blackboard.
  • Available Study Rooms in the Melville Library can be reserved online
