Welcome back to a new semester! This guide is meant to give you updates and important information about how the library can support your studies and teaching while maintaining the health and safety of all.   • The Music Library is closed. 
  • Check online for the most recent updates to hours.
  • Laptop loans for students now available.
  • Books: While the book stacks will be closed, you can request circulating materials through our SEARCH system for pick up. Main Library, HSL, and Southampton items can be requested and sent to any of those locations fo pickup.Directions for requesting books. 
  • Interlibrary Loan: You can still request electronic copies of articles. Many libraries, however, are restricting their loaning of physical items to other libraries. Thus, requests for physical books may not be fulfilled. 
  • Reserves: There are no physical items on reserve for the fall. Contact our Reserves Department if you are a faculty member looking to have physical items scanned for upload to Blackboard. 
  • Study Rooms: Our study room locations are closed.
  • Research Loan Program: This service is temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
