Integrating Library Resources Into Blackboard

This guide will show you how to find, link to, and otherwise make use of the most appropriate library resources for your online teaching in Blackboard.

What is Blackboard?

Blackboard is the learning management system (LMS) for Stony Brook University. As you design your online classes in Blackboard, you'll find that there are many ways to integrate the library and our academic resources at the course level.

You access Blackboard using your NetID and NetID password via https://blackboard.stonybrook.edu/

Library Blackboard Tab

There is a library tab on the main Blackboard landing page that will show links to news and important resources.
