When looking for a company's code of ethics, you should visit the company website or do a Google search for [company name] and code of ethics.

Check the Legal Proceedings section of the company's 10K (annual report) for information on lawsuits that the company is currently involved in.
The 10K can be accessed through Hoover's or the company website. The 10K is a report filed annually with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) so look for an SEC Filings link or something similar on the company website. On Hoover's, go to the Company Profile page and mouse over the Financials link in the company index section. Select SEC Filings. In the Refile By Form Type box, check the box next to Annual Reports - 10K. Select the most recent report from the results list.
